YANNARA currently ships within the United States.
International shipping availability will be announced separately.
Processing Time
Each YANNARA order is prepared with care.
Orders typically ship within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.
During periods of high demand, processing times may extend slightly.
Shipping Methods

Delivery times begin once your order has shipped.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

YANNARA is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Our Policy
Due to the personal nature of skincare products, opened or used items are not eligible for return.
Unopened, unused products may be eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition.
Quality Concerns
If your order arrives damaged or you experience a quality issue, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Include:
• your order number
• a brief description of the issue
• clear photos, if applicable
We will review each case carefully and respond accordingly.
Non-Returnable Items
The following are not eligible for return:
• Opened or used products
• Gift cards
• Final sale items
Refunds
Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method once the product is received and inspected.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges.
If eligible, returns will be processed as refunds, and a new order may be placed.
BESPOKE & FUTURE SERVICES
Custom or bespoke formulations are not currently available.
When offered, they will be subject to separate terms due to their personalized nature.
